The Ticket Machine is privately-owned and in no way affiliated with any box office, venue or other ticket agency. Our tickets are sold at market price, which can be above, at, or below the face value. Our ticket prices reflect the cost and difficulty in obtaining the premium seating that we offer.

Our 200% Guarantee:

Tickets purchased from The Ticket Machine are guaranteed to be authentic and delivered on-time. The Ticket Machine will provide a refund equal to 200% of the sold price for each guaranteed ticket discovered to be invalid or not delivered. This refund does not apply in instances in which non-delivery is due to causes beyond our reasonable control (including a shipping error, natural disaster, Act of God, labor controversy, civil disturbance, or armed conflict) or if a ticket(s) purchased in good faith on your behalf by The Ticket Machine is later found to have been stolen, counterfeited or reported lost or stolen by the original purchaser. The aforementioned exceptions will result in a 100% refund of the contracted price.

All sales are final:

If a venue, team, or artist cancels an event, a full refund (excluding shipping charges) will be provided within 30 days of the cancellation announcement. If an event is postponed or rescheduled, and the venue honors the original tickets, the sale remains final.

All purchases are subject to availability:

If the specific tickets requested are no longer available, The Ticket Machine will attempt to find comparable replacements. Whenever possible, we will find alternate tickets of equivalent or similar price and seat location. Customers will receive notification when the original requested tickets are no longer in stock, will be offered alternate seating when available, and are not obligated to accept alternate tickets. Customers will be provided with a 100% refund of the purchase price should alternate inventory be declined.

Order Fulfillment:

Orders are generally filled within a few hours of order confirmation (unless they are pre-ordered tickets for a future event not yet in stock) or by a mutually-agreed-upon date/time. Pre-orders for major events (i.e. MLB Playoffs, Big 10 Tournament, etc.) will be delivered as soon as tickets arrive in-stock. Please note that in some cases, these deliveries may not be made until the week of the event.

Fraud Protection:

To protect consumers and vendors from unlawful credit card use, The Ticket Machine reserves the right to cancel orders at any time, (including confirmed orders), at our sole discretion, if proper documents have not been received or if The Ticket Machine has reason to suspect fraudulent credit card activity of any kind. All customer information is strictly confidential and used only to verify the customer's identity and prevent fraudulent activity.

Transactions of $500.00 or more require:

1. CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION FORM to be completed and submitted by the credit card holder. This is also applies to all transactions in which the credit card billing address is outside of the United States, regardless of the order amount. Authorization Forms must be returned to us in a timely manner. If a Credit Card Authorization Form is required to process an order, we must have the card holder's signature on file BEFORE any tickets will be delivered.
